Our Sales Manager, Jaime (yes, it’s spelled correctly!) Chuck Spinner, our Finance Manager, has a special relationship with our banks, so he can help you secure the best financing for your situation.  His attention to detail is a huge benefit when you come in to sign paperwork and pick up your new car.  Chuck makes certain all of your paperwork is in order before you leave, and is happy to answer any questions you may have.

Lance DeMatteis has been with us since our doors opened back in ‘92.  Lance (we think he looks a lot like Dan Akroyd!) is a Saturn Certified Sales Consultant with an engaging, low-key manner that keeps his customers coming back for more.  Lance is also a long-time Saturn owner, and put well over 250,000 miles on his first one, a 1993 SL1 Sedan he bought new way back when he first started here.  So he knows his product extremely well, and gladly fields questions about his customers’ (and of course, his own!) Saturn ownership experiences.

When you meet Ariel Chagnon, her cheery outgoing personality will infect you.  Ariel is enthusiastic, and genuinely concerned about taking care of her customers.  Ariel owns a beautiful 2007 Saturn Aura, and absolutely loves it-just ask her! With Ariel lighting the way to the new or used vehicle of your dreams, you can be certain she will treat you right before, during and after you buy a car from her.

With a witty sense of humor, Mark Fucile has been making automotive ownership dreams come true since he joined our sales team many years ago.  Mark is polite, courteous and professional, and will answer any questions you may have as you go through the buying process.  Mark’s dedication to exceeding your expectations is matched only by his drive to be the best at everything he does!  Check out his video tours of our Saturns!

You can probably tell just by looking at Bruce Bennett that he has fun working with his customers.  Bruce is a long-time company employee with over 15 years in sales.  Bruce is proud of the fact that all of his customers consistently rate their buying experience with him at the top of the scale!  Bruce knows his products very well, and is there for you when you have questions on down the road.  He will ensure you are Completely Satisfied throughout your ownership of your new or used vehicle from us!

Who the heck are THESE guys?  Well, these gentlemen perform vital functions for our store:  If we locate a vehicle for you at another dealer, need to bring you additional paperwork for your car, or need to move cars between our three dealerships, these guys do the driving.  They are all retired (or is that “semi” retired?) and help out part-time for us.  Thanks, guys!

So, what exactly happens AFTER you sign your paperwork and drive off in your new vehicle?  Well, that’s where Tricia Danyow and Bridget Shea come in.  Tricia and Bridget check your paperwork again and fill out registration information, contracts, and titles so all parts of that process go smoothly.  Tricia and Bridget do everything possible to ensure a speedy and complete processing of your vehicle paperwork.

Mary Jo Dubois is our Company Controller here at Saturn of South Burlington.  She manages financial information, signs checks (like to payoff your old car, for example!) and makes sure all the bills get paid and properly recorded in our ledgers.  MJ also keeps track of our employee information,  benefits, insurance and so much more!  Thanks MJ!

Roy Emerson makes his daily trek to work at Saturn of South Burlington, and it takes him over an hour!  (He must like it here!)  Roy brings his expert reconditioning skills to bear on every vehicle he touches.  Roy is focused on making each vehicle look its best before you pick it up, so he almost never takes a break!  (He wouldn’t even put his buffer down for this picture, as you can see.)  You can count on Roy to make your car look great!

Ross Richards, “Rossi” has been a staple with our stores for over 15 years!  Rossi is a trained reconditioning technician, and does an excellent job cleaning your newly purchased vehicle before you come in to get it.  Rossi will do whatever it takes to make sure your car looks perfect for delivery.  If you need it done, you can count on Rossi!

Our Fixed Operations Director, Bobbi Tatro, oversees both our Service and Parts Departments’ operations here at Saturn of South Burlington.  She keeps an eye on our team to make sure we are fulfilling our goal of the highest possible customer satisfaction!

Theresa Guerino is our Service Manager here-she’ll check you in, arrange a ride for you with our Customer Shuttle, and introduce you to our Customer Lounge, where you’ll find a fireplace, flat screen TV, computer (with internet access), and complimentary soft drinks and coffee to make your wait more comfortable. We even have wireless internet service, so you can bring your laptop and browse the internet while you wait. And then Theresa will come get you once your car is all set in our shop!

When you need a part or accessory for your vehicle, talk to Rick Gosselin (behind the counter), our Parts Manager.  He maintains a huge inventory of everything you need for your car, to include brakes, tires, wiper blades, performance parts, vent visors, and much more!   If you need it, Rick can get it for you!

Matt Friedlander, or “Hippy,” as he is known by everyone, (to include his customers) has been with us for over 15 years, and is without a doubt one of the reasons we are so successful.  Many of Hippy’s customers call and ask for him specifically to work on their vehicle.  Why?  Because he fixes their car right and on time.  He also will come visit you in our Customer Lounge to update you on your vehicle’s condition and answer any questions you may have, if you’d like.  Way to go, Hippy!

Great Smile, Larrs!  Larrs Hardy is another one of our qualified technicians who makes sure your car is properly diagnosed and fixed.  Plus, he even washes your car after he’s done working on it (okay, ALL the technicians do that, we just caught Larrs at the right time!).  Trust Larrs to get the job done right! (And to make your car look really clean!)

Does Brian Clough look like he’s having a great time working on that car?  That’s because he is!  “Cubby” always has a smile for customers and employees alike, and that’s not all:  When he goes to work on your car, Cubby puts his years of training and experience to the test to make sure your driving is trouble-free.  Cubby’s passion for service excellence is surpassed only by his commitment to the highest quality of service for your vehicle.

Changing a tire is fun, right?  Well, Joe Loyer is another technician here who wants to make sure it’s done right.  From removing a tire to mounting and proper balancing, Joe takes his time to ensure each one is properly mounted and inflated to factory specifications.  When Joe gets your business, you won’t need to “double check” it-he is as focused on quality work as anyone else in our shop.

Johnny Pridemore, “JP” has been with our organization for about a decade.    JP is a talented service technician with many years of experience repairing all different makes and models of vehicles.  He takes on the challenge of bigger jobs with gusto, and refuses to quit until the job is done right!  If all you can see is a pair of legs hanging out from under a car hood, chances are it’s JP up to his waist in a repair.  Thanks, JP!
